Questions
- Do I need to buy the tracker?
- Yes — the tracker is a one-off purchase from the dealer who fits it, and the subscription covers the SIM, the platform and the app. Fleet pricing can include hardware; ask us.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Tracking and alerts pause at the end of the paid period. Your account and history are kept for a grace period so you can pick up where you left off.
- Does the immobiliser work while the bike is moving?
- Travr never cuts a moving engine. The command waits until the vehicle is stopped or below a safe speed, then engages.
- Can I move the tracker to another bike?
- Yes. A dealer or your own workshop can refit it; the subscription follows the tracker.
- Where is my data kept?
- On servers in the European Union. Trip history is kept for twelve months and can be exported, or deleted on request.
